We're thrilled you're considering joining us! Before you commit, here are some important details:

Securing Your Spot
To confirm your place in our program, a deposit of 400 Euro is required. This deposit goes towards the preparation and planning. Please understand, this deposit is non-refundable, as it covers initial costs incurred on your behalf.

Receipts and Records
Once your deposit is made, we’ll send you a receipt to confirm everything is set. This is your proof of enrollment and your key to an exciting journey ahead.

We want to ensure that you feel supported and informed at every step of this journey. If you have any questions or need further clarification on any of these points, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're here to make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It's a small step you can take for a great peace of mind, covering you in case of unexpected circumstances like illness or other emergencies that might prevent your attendance. Some credit cards may cover travel insurance as soon as you make a payment along the trip.

Cancellation Policy
We understand life can be unpredictable. If you find yourself unable to attend and it's less than 60 days to the start date, we regret that a direct refund isn’t possible. But don’t worry, you have options: you can transfer your spot to someone you trust or opt to have half of your payment credited towards next year's program. This way, you won’t miss out on the experience we have planned for you.
