FIRST PART

A welcoming space where you'll be introduced to our unique blend of process work and ritual space, guided by the experienced hands of Ellen and Pius. This is not just another coworking space; it's a sanctuary for your soul.

SECOND part

Here, we delve deeper. It's a time for internal learning and co-creation, where you bring your talents to the fore and learn from others. Guest teachers will join us in the evenings to enrich this experience.

THIRD PART

A culmination of our journey together, focusing on more profound introspective work and the potential exploration.

BREATH WORK

Our breath is with us every day of our life. How much attention do we pay to this wonderful rhythm that is fueling us with life? Breathwork is a gentle and powerful tool.

ARTISTIC WORK

Discover your inner artist and find your own way of expressing your personal way by dance, body work, crafting, painting, chanting ...

ESSENTIALS FROM NATURE

We are part of nature. Many answers to our questions can be found in the scents and essences from plants and roots that surround us. Essential oils are used in meditation and body work.

Biography Work

Can we re-write the narratives that form our life-story? What would your heroic journey look like if your were the narrator?

FIREPLACE GATHERINGS

Ever since human beings gathered around a fire and shared theirs stories, songs and thoughts. Getting together and sharing is connecting and healing.

Rituals for Closure and Renewal

Becoming a community that is sharing the individual experiences brings us closer together and unlocks resources beyond the capacity of the individual.

Mask-Building & Story-Writing 2023

Who are we? With or without our masks? What do our masks tell us and others about who we are inside? What would our life look like written down as a fairy tale?

During the days we would write down our stories and build our masks. At the mask-ceremony we would tell our stories to each other while wearing the masks

MOVEMENT, MEDITATION & DANCE

At the "great hall" we gather for the group-workshops - moving, dancing, acting, meditating, singing, laughing and celebrating together.
